About Li-Min
Li-Min Lee is co-owner and Managing Director of Yorke, Burke & Lee, CPAs, one of the leading accounting and financial management firms in Gaithersburg, Maryland and its surrounding areas. She is a practicing Certified Public Accountant with licenses in Maryland and California, and a Registered Investment Advisor.
Lee is Chairman of the Board of the President Chao Nee Memorial Scholarship Committee, a group that oversees selection of scholarship recipients to National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan. She is also Director of NCKU.net, the online community for university alumni.
Lee is proud to have been with Capital Bank, NA from its infancy. She is a founder of the bank and has served as a Director for almost two decades. Lee is also proud to have served many non-profit organizations as an unpaid consultant, successfully helping them receive IRS tax-exempt status or directly serving as an officer. They include such organizations as National Cheng Kung University North America Alumni Foundation, Inc., and United Innoworks Academy, an organization that provides students from underserved backgrounds with an opportunity to explore the real-world links among science and engineering disciplines.
