Brian Blonder has been in the mortgage business for over 22 years. Between 2011-2016 he moved from the 15th to 4th ranked mortgage originator in the country by dollar volume according to the Scotsman’s Guide. In 2015, received the top honor of #1 ranked VA loan officer by volume, a testament to his knowledge and success in supporting Veterans and their families. In 2016, Brian became a Sales Manager at Capital Bank helping to cultivate and educate the sales team and launched Capital Bank’s consumer direct lending division which is still active today. Today, Brian leads Capital Bank’s Partnership Program and oversees special projects. In his spare time, you can find Brian out on the golf course or spending time with his family.
