Frank has over 30 years lending experience. Prior to joining Capital Bank, Frank started his career with Beneficial Finance and towards the end of his 11-year career, he served as Sales Manager for the Eastern Region assisting 90 offices with their outside sales initiatives. Afterward, he was a partner in Guaranteed Mortgage Company for 11 years, which generated over $80 million in mortgage volume per year. In addition to his year at Guaranteed Mortgage, Frank worked as the Business Development Manager for Tidewater Mortgage Services for 8 years, where he was responsible for all recruiting and outside sales initiatives.

Frank has a vast knowledge of the mortgage industry and a diverse background with various mortgage services and products. He believes in going the extra mile for his clients. He is always available to assist his customers seven days a week. He feels that the most satisfying feeling about being in the mortgage industry is helping people achieve their goal of homeownership.

Frank has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Elizabethtown College. He and his family reside in Harrisburg PA, and enjoy traveling and the outdoors.
