Jitae Kim works in the Community Lending Division, DC office at Capital Bank. Jitae began as a Loan Originator Assistant and after a few years, transitioned to Mortgage Loan Originator. Today, Jitae has more than five years of experience in Down Payment Assistant Programs (DPAs) and solid relationships with most of the government agencies, and nonprofit organizations that provide housing assistance for low- to moderate-income homebuyers. Jitae prides himself on being an advocate for affordable housing and work diligently educating buyers on available programs. He is bilingual and fluent in Korean, and when not putting homebuyers into homes, enjoys watching sports and spending time with family and friends.
