Born just outside of Philadelphia, Kacie has proudly called Sussex County home since 1995. A driven and dedicated professional, she graduated as valedictorian from Woodbridge High School in 2006 before earning her bachelor’s degree from York College of Pennsylvania in 2010, with a minor in Entrepreneurship.

 After nearly a decade in the restaurant industry, Kacie found her true calling in home financing in 2017. Recognizing the impact she could have on her community, she became a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer in 2018. Since then, she has guided well over 1,000 families through the home financing process, helping them achieve their homeownership dreams with knowledge, care, and personalized service.

 Kacie has been deeply involved with the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® (SCAOR) Affiliates since the early days of her mortgage career. She most recently served as President of Sussex Strong, SCAOR’s community service arm—an organization she calls her “heartbeat” for its work supporting underprivileged children with essential items and holiday gifts. Her commitment to giving back extends even further, as she actively volunteers with Brandywine Valley SPCA, Habitat for Humanity, the Food Bank of Delaware, and other local organizations.

Outside of work and community service, Kacie enjoys horseback riding, attending concerts, and cheering on the Minnesota Vikings. She lives in Milford, DE, with her husband, Justin, and their two beloved dogs—a German Shepherd, Killian Gauge, and a Bernedoodle, Jamison Flynn.
