Lola Pol

Lola Pol’s journey into the lending industry came while working for a local nonprofit, the Mary Center, which provided healthcare, education and social services to DC’s neediest families. It was here that Lola saw the need for affordable housing for low-income residents. Today, Lola is the Branch Manager for Capital Bank’s DC office, Community Lending Division, and works with several down-payment assistance agencies and affordable home programs.

With well over a decade in the industry, Lola has become one of the top lenders for down payment assistance. She meets almost all her clients in person and provides excellent customer service for both English- and Spanish-speaking clients. When not meeting clients, Lola hits the road traveling, or the dance floor, salsa dancing.
