Customer Quotes

Incredible service & savings

Jessica from Washington, DC

I recently refinanced a home with Capital Bank Home Loans and had an incredible experience. My lender was always available to take my call or text, even on a Friday night!!! I knew what was happening with my loan, what was needed and when and there was no stress in process. I now have more than $600 a month back in my pocket.

Outstanding

DShort from Washington, DC

Kendall kept us informed throughout the process. She went above and beyond to explain each step of the refinance and ensured that we understood every component of the process. She was AMAZING!

Fast and Responsive -- Excellent Overall

user0775461 from Washington, DC

This was my fifth home purchase, so I’d been through the process four times already over the past fifteen years or so. Capital Bank was the fifth different lender I’ve used, and Brad was the fifth different mortgage banker. He was also unquestionably the best. The process went very smoothly — almost incredibly so. Both Brad and his team were fast and responsive throughout. Given my experiences elsewhere, I was almost a little surprised at how well things went. Brad and Capital Bank deserve “five stars”; this isn’t a tough call.
