Capital Bank has ATM machines at the following branch locations; the Church Street branch in Rockville, MD, Executive Boulevard Market Center branch in Rockville MD, W Street branch in Washington D.C, and the Columbia Gateway Drive branch in Columbia MD. You can transfer funds between your accounts at an ATM, do balance inquiries as well as withdraw cash. As a benefit, you can get 4 non-Capital Bank ATM* withdrawals fee-free every month.
The ATM machine at the W Street branch accepts deposits.

How can I make deposits on the road?
If you have a business account or a personal bank account with Capital Bank, you can make check deposits from anywhere using your mobile* device. You can find our Mobile Banking App in the App Store or the Google Play store by simply typing in “capital bank mobile cb mobile”. Be on the look-out for an app that resembles the image below.
With the Capital Bank CB Mobile app*, users can take a picture of their check and use that image to directly deposit the check to their bank account, whether it is a business account or a personal account. With mobile deposit, users may receive next day credit deposits as long as the deposits are made prior to 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday1.
If you are a business banking customer, you can also access Remote Deposit, a convenient option for businesses that process many checks. Remote Deposit is a small electronic check-processing scanner that can sit anywhere in your office. We will work with you to load the software, so you can begin using Remote Deposit immediately.
Personal banking customers can also enjoy the convenience of mobile banking, including funds transfers, balance inquiries, and mobile deposits.

Who do I call if I lose my debit card?
Contact our Cardholder Services Center at 800-500-1044 to report a lost or stolen debit card. If you need a new card reissued to you, contact our Operations Department at 301-468-8848 during our normal business hours of Monday through Thursday 9am – 4pm and Friday 9am to 5pm.
